orthogonal Procrustes analysis (GPA) before combining

Nienkemper-Swanepoel, le Roux and Lubbe
(2023)&lt;doi:10.1080/03610918.2021.1914089&gt;. This is mainly
suitable to combine visualisations constructed from multiple
imputations, however, it can be generalised to combine
variations of visualisations from the same datasets (i.e.
resamples).</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/jnienk/actions/runs/28103165437</link><pubDate>Wed, 24 Jun 2026 12:45:52 GMT</pubDate><r:package>GPAbin</r:package><r:version>1.1.1</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://jnienk.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/jnienk/gpabin</r:upstream></item></channel></rss>
